Fertility Yoga is a gentle, supportive practice designed to nurture your body, mind and emotions as you try to conceive. Each class combines carefully chosen poses, breathwork and meditation — all adapted to your energy, mood and flexibility on the day.

Fertility Yoga is designed to meet you wherever you are — whether you’re just beginning to think about conception, actively trying, or navigating assisted reproductive treatments. Each session works with the natural rhythm of the female menstrual cycle, offering movements and breath practices that gently support your body’s changing needs.
During the follicular phase, practices are energising and stimulating, encouraging circulation and vitality as your body prepares for ovulation. In the luteal phase, the focus shifts to more grounding and restorative poses, helping to nurture the body, ease tension, and create the calm environment needed for implantation and early pregnancy.
These sessions are also carefully adapted for those undergoing IVF or other assisted reproduction. Gentle, supportive practices are chosen to work in harmony with medical treatment, helping you feel calmer, more balanced, and connected throughout the process. Fertility Yoga can also bring relief and support to those living with menstrual health challenges such as endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, irregular cycles or painful periods.
You don’t need any previous yoga experience, and there’s no expectation to move or feel a certain way. Whether your energy is high or low, whether you arrive feeling hopeful or heavy-hearted, you will be guided with compassion and care. These sessions are about creating space for hope, healing and connection — helping you feel grounded, supported, and more at ease as you move forward on your path to parenthood.
