Hi, I’m Becky — founder, and the heart behind Soul Balance.

I’m here to support you with holistic care for fertility health, emotional wellbeing, and overall balance in life. Whether you’re an individual or a couple, my focus is on helping you reconnect with your body, release tension, and find hope, clarity, and strength for whatever’s next on your journey.

My path here wasn’t straightforward. I’ve experienced my own long, challenging road with unexplained infertility, IVF, and loss. That journey inspired me to take my yoga teaching further, specialising in Fertility Yoga to support others facing similar struggles. When I saw how powerful this practice was — not just for me, but for my early clients — I knew I had found my calling, and Soul Balance was born.

Over time, my practice has grown to include other therapies that bring deep healing and support:

• Auricular Acupuncture – a gentle but powerful treatment using points in the ear to rebalance energy, reduce stress and inflammation, and support the whole body and mind.
 

• Three Step Rewind Technique – a safe, non-intrusive process that helps release the emotional hold of trauma and phobias, from birth trauma to fertility challenges and beyond.
 

I offer support that’s open, kind, and non-judgmental, because I truly understand that everyone’s story is different.  My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered again — a space where hope and healing can grow.
